I think the staff members all seem helpful and I don't ever recall a bad interaction. The connected pool and hot tub are nice and guests have access to the Dakotah! Fitness club. They have flat screen TVs in the rooms on the lower floors. It's a nice facility with clean and comfortable rooms.
